HIT ME HARD AND SOFT

"I thought it was such a perfect encapsulation of what this album does. It’s an impossible request: You can’t be hit hard and soft. You can’t do anything hard and soft at the same time. I’m a pretty extremist person, and I really like when things are really intense physically, but I also love when things are very tender and sweet. I want two things at once. So I thought that was a really good way to describe me, and I love that it’s not possible.”

The artist I am making this website about is Billie Eilish, specifically focusing on her most recent album, Hit Me Hard And Soft. I feel a deep connection to Billie and the experiences she shares through her music, and this album specifically really resonated with me. Through her raw and introspective lyrics, she explores deeply personal themes such as love, suffering, body image, and the challenges of growing up. Her music not only provides comfort and relatability but also inspires self-reflection and emotional growth, making this album an especially meaningful part of her journey as well as her listeners.

Charli XCX is a singer songwriter that is known for her experimental electronic pop style music. Billie brought Charli on stage at the Kia Forum in LA as a suprise guest to preform their shared song "Guess".

Finneas is a singer, songwriter, producer and also Billie's older brother! Hit Me Hard And Soft is the first tour that Finneas isn't joining Billie for every show. However, he has popped up at a few shows throghout the tour so far.
